• Business name, description, category, address, phone number, website, and photos when you create a business listing

• Profile information and account preferences

• Device type, operating system, and app version

• Usage data such as screens visited, searches performed, and features used

• Approximate or precise location (only with your permission)

• Favorites and saved businesses

• Create and manage your account

• Display and improve business listings

• Show nearby businesses and enable distance-based search filters

• Personalize your experience in the App

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

With your permission, the App accesses your device location to show nearby businesses and enable distance-based filters. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. Some features may not function without location access. We do not store your precise location on our servers.

Google Firebase (firebase.google.com/support/privacy)

• Firebase Authentication — manages account sign-in and security

• Cloud Firestore — stores business listings, user profiles, and favorites

• Firebase Analytics — collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how the App is used

• Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports and error logs to help us fix bugs

• Firebase Remote Config — delivers app configuration and feature flags

RevenueCat (revenuecat.com/privacy)

• Manages in-app subscription purchases and entitlements

Apple App Store / Google Play Store

• Processes all in-app payments. We do not store payment card information.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase Security Rules that restrict data access to authorized users only, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information and business listings are deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or safety reasons.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you

• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data

• Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated data

• Opt-out — disable analytics and crash reporting through your device settings
